FounderI’m Melissa, an occupational therapist and PEERS® certified instructor with a passion for helping people build confidence, connection, and independence in their daily lives. For over 6 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with both adults and children—always in close collaboration with families—because I believe growth happens best when we work together. Whether supporting someone through a new challenge or celebrating small victories along the way, my goal is always to create a space where people feel understood, empowered, and capable. I’m excited to bring that same energy and care into every session I lead.

I’m Lindsay—a PEERS® Certified Instructor, experienced special educator, and advocate for neurodiverse individuals. For over 14 years, I’ve helped young adults and their families build meaningful relationships, social confidence, and greater independence.
I’ve partnered with families, schools, and communities to support lasting growth across social, emotional, and academic areas—leading special education teams, mentoring teachers, and creating personalized strategies along the way.
I’m deeply committed to creating inclusive, empowering spaces where neurodiverse individuals thrive—and families feel supported every step of the way.
